Sourdough Workshop
Are you ready to dive into a new hobby? This is the perfect time to start your sourdough journey if you have been thinking about it but don't know where to start! Don't worry, I'm here to help!
Sourdough beginners workshop will include:
- Sourdough starter, jar & cover
- Sourdough guide with beginner tips, tricks, info & recipes
- Hands on learning & demonstrations
- Leave ready to start baking your own bread right away!!!!

Read Aloud with Local Author
Laura Larson is a licensed elementary school counselor of 15 years living in Minnesota with her husband, two children and dog. She is passionate about bringing mindfulness practices to the amazing students she works with as well as inspiring people around her to enjoy the wild beauty of the great outdoors! She was inspired to create her book, Wild Mindfulness, while on a camping trip with her husband in the summer of 2018. And the increased anxiety and fear she saw in students during the pandemic prompted her to write Where Do You Go? She hopes these books will be a tool to bring joy and mindfulness to the lives of children AND adults! She recently just published a 90 day daily journal for adults focused on intentions and reflections and incorporating a 5 minute practice of mindfulness and meditation to each morning and each evening.

Spring Fling Mini Market
Join us for a Mini Gathering Grounds Market in our Event Space for a little Spring Fling. We are partnering with 3 vendors to bring you a fun experience. We will have Sweet C's Confections offering her amazing decorative cookies & other sweet treats. Annalisa will be joining us with her botanical stationary & faith resources. We will be adding one more vendor and will announce who that is soon!

Easter Centerpiece Workshop
Join us at The Hub in Anoka on Sunday, April 13th at 1pm for our Easter Centerpiece Workshop. We will be using beautiful spring colored flowers.
Donuts, coffee and juice will be provided and you can enjoy some shopping after our class with a 10% off coupon from The Hub. (Excludes Trend Traveler)
You must purchase a container from my website as well, unless you have already used one in a past workshop. I do it this way so you can purchase a container that suits you and you can use in future workshops as well.

Taylor Swift -- Sugar Cookie Decorating Class
Interested in learning more about decorated sugar cookies?! Sweet C's Confections is here to help! In this 1.5-hour class, we'll cover the basics to sugar cookies (so – yes, it’s beginner friendly!), do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and cover the general concepts around dough and icing! Everything you'll need is provided in class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile (and maybe an apron).
